Terms and Conditions

All new member bookings are subject to a £10 booking fee in order to confirm booking. This is non-refundable and is deducted from the total session price at the end.

Failure to pay this 24hrs prior to the appointment, Engage Rehab owns full rights to cancel your booking and offer it elsewhere. Cancellation on your behalf, means the £10 booking fee is not refundable.

NO SHOWS: 

One no show without contact to Keira, may result in a booking ban on your account. Please attempt to notify ASAP if you cannot make your appointment. Any cancellations made 12 hours before original booking time is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% booking price. For example, missing a 30 minute session would result in a £12.50 cancellation fee.

Refusal to pay this fee will also result in a booking ban on your account indefinitely.

Cancellations or change of appointment must be made 24-72hrs prior to your original booking time. Keira is the only person running the business so please attempt to notify her as early as possible. Please do not attempt to call, only messages can be made as proof of cancellation for safety on behalf of both the therapist and client.
